Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Enforcement


The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) received 89,385 charges of workplace discrimination during fiscal year 2015, up from 88,778 in fiscal year 2014. Retaliation charges were up nearly 5 percent and continue to be the leading concern raised by workers across the country, followed by race discrimination and disability discrimination.
